Talking with Lise Stone of Parenting Aces about Junior Tennis Fitness
I had the great opportunity last week to be on the Parenting Aces podcast to talk all things junior tennis fitness and strength & conditioning with Lisa Stone. Her podcast is orientated to both parents and coaches with all topics surounding kids and teens on and off the court. One of the big things in the game that I spoke about with her is the awareness parents need with junior tennis fitness. This is a sensitive topic for most tennis parents, but knowing what to do and how to do it can help the performance and longevity of their kid’s playing career.
