I’m a personal trainer in the Los Angeles/Ventura Country area. I works with a very wide range of clients: from division one athletes, to marathon runners, to stay at home moms, to your every day Joe. As a personal trainer, I develop a level of trust and friendship that enhances the training experience and helps elevate client’s performance when the moment matters.

My clients understand there are no cookie-cutter programs that work. As their personal trainer, I make sure that programs are individualized to them. My personal trainer methodology applies evidence-based research and practicality to everyone I work with.
